This is another specialty coffee we've partnered on with Australian Shepherds Furever. We named this blend in honor of Shani, an ASF rescue with an incredible story that's highlighted below. 

Shani's blend is a medium roast coffee, you'll taste a perfect combination of cocoa, caramel, & vanilla tones. 

Little Shani was discarded like trash on the streets of Kansas City. When she arrived at the shelter, they called her “Granny” as she had cataracts on her eyes, was covered in fleas and had a wound on her back from where she’d been attacked by a larger dog. Deciding she was “old” and “unadoptable”, the shelter scheduled her to be euthanized. But Australian Shepherds Furever stepped in and took her, feeling she was not a senior dog at all. She made her way to her foster, Jess, in Omaha where it was determined that her eyes were operable and she was a much younger dog than initially thought. After her surgery, Shani’s beautiful blue eyes and sunny temperament led her adopter, Jess’s mother Doreen, to have her trained as a therapy dog. Now Shani brings sunshine and smiles to residents in nursing home and patients in hospitals.
